ERP Implementation : One of our client is facing problem in implementation of ERP. Reports prepared by ERP consultants are not giving the correct results from system. Client approach us for fixing this issue. We understand client requirements and expectation, then we discuss with oracle consultant, understand system configuration and reports. Post discussion, we work closely with client and consultant for three months. We are able to accomplish all correct reports from system and implemented oracle successfully in the organization, moreover we have develop some useful reports for the benefit of the organization.

Internal Financial Control: One of our client is having problem in managing financial control within organization. After involving us in the company we understood the system, people and way of working. We have found lots of loophole and bleeding in the financial system. We designed new system in the organization without changing existing setup and resource. We trained people and implemented new system along with enabled all financial controls with the help of some updated and new software.

Due Diligence and post due diligence: In one of our client, we helped in financial due diligence, preparing and providing documents to DD auditor. Post DD and slum sale, client is facing issue in managing fund, capital gain taxation matter and fund distribution. We advise client to invest in tax saving bonds, capital gain tax planning and buyback of shares. Hence client is able to save lot of money.
